Instructions
The Hyatt Regency Hotel is our Conference headquarters.
There are two ways to register: either online (click on Online Registration below) or using the PDF Registration form below. Please read all hotel information prior to registering online or submitting the form. Keep a copy of the form. Use one form per room required. Sorry, no telephone reservations are accepted. For questions, call Hyatt reservations at (916) 443-1234.

Deadlines and Cancellations
All reservations must be made and received by the Hyatt Hotel by October 24, 2006. For reservations after October 24, call the Hyatt Hotel directly at (916) 443-1234 or (800) 233-1234. Identify yourself with the California School Library Conference. Rates may vary from special CSLA rates in effect prior to the October 24, 2006, deadline depending on the number of rooms still available in the CSLA room block. For cancellations or changes after the October 24 deadline, contact Donna at (916) 443-1234 or email: dleonard@hyatt.com.

Deposit
All reservations must be guaranteed by providing a major credit card. If you are paying by check, you must mail a copy of this hotel registration form to the hotel at the address below. Reservations not guaranteed will not be processed. If you do not arrive or cancel within 24 hours of arrival date, you will be liable for the first night’s deposit. Reservations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Purchase orders are not accepted.

Online Registration
For instant hotel acknowledgement, click on Online Registration below. To register online, you must guarantee with a credit card. Attendees can make changes or cancellations via Passkey prior to the cutoff date.

Hotel Accommodations & Room Rates

Plus current tax rate at time of event (currently 12%) plus a $1.50 per room, per night tourism asscessment.
Overnight parking for hotel guests: Self-parking, $16; valet parking, $24.
