Flat Iron Steak:Espresso rubbed Flat Iron steak with herb polenta,
fresh asparagus and Chianti demi glace
Vegetarian: Rigatoni with tomato concassé, asparagus,
shaved garlic and spicy tomato-balsamic sauce
Salad: Crisp Hearts of Romaine and Toy Box Tomatoes, Green Goddess
Dressing
Dessert: Warm Berry Cobbler
Both meals
include an assortment of breads, and coffee or tea.
