Eighth Annual @yourLibrary Poster Winners
More than 100 students participated in the Eighth Annual CSLA @yourLibrary Poster Contest. While there were fewer submissions, the quality continues to be great, it appears that schools hold local contests and send in only the best posters. Pictures of kids, books, imaginary and realistic images were created using crayon, pencil, ink, paint, and cut paper. Dragons were rampant. What did they say? Read, Imagine, Explore, Experience Adventure – all @yourLibrary!
Judges Lesley Farmer (contest coordinator), Mark Farmer (artist), Richard Christopher Farmer (graphic designer), Robert Browning (media critic), and the students in CSULB's Foundation of Information course selected the following prize winners and honorable mention.
